Even our youngest guests are provided for: for example, kids get to learn cool Hip-Hop moves in our “Teens Treff”.
Even the most relaxing holidays have a range of workout programmes for you to try out. Aerobics for beginners teaches you basic aerobics moves such as the V-Step, Side to Side and Knee Lift. The certified trainers at TUI MAGIC LIFE resorts will show you simple exercises that anyone can do right away. The same goes for our Easy Step Aerobics course. Naturally, our courses and the equipment, such as step boards, are all included at TUI MAGIC LIFE. Participants need only bring their own workout clothes. Every course begins with a warmup to rhythmical music. A proper warmup is essential to getting ready for your aerobics workout.
Our trainers vary the exercises throughout our courses. For example, advanced courses include complex choreographies or increased intensity. Courses such as Power Aerobics, Step Advanced and Dance Aerobics really get participants moving, demanding solid stamina and coordination.
Additional equipment such as dumbbells and TheraBands add variety to the courses. Group fitness courses are particularly big at TUI MAGIC LIFE Fitness Highlight resorts: Outdoor cycling, trampoline jumping and boxing are all-inclusive at these resorts. And anyone looking for a little relaxation after so much strength and endurance training can simply enjoy some yoga.
Put the whole foot under strain while warming up: this is important to prepare the muscles and tendons for the training. Start with simple exercises and light physical exertion.
Pay attention to the position of the spine: Leave your elbows outside, tighten your abdominal muscles and lift your upper back. Keep your knees slightly flexed at all times.
Listen to the music: Relax and follow the beat! Aerobics should be fun.
Stretching and relaxation at the end: Always finish the aerobic exercise with a stretching and relaxation phase.
