Cycling courses are available at all TUI MAGIC LIFE resorts with MAGIC Highlight Fitness.
Once you have chosen a bike, the coach will help you make the necessary adjustments. This is particularly important for beginners. Cycling may be easy, but for an effective workout, the correct seating position and arm posture are essential. The trainer will also show you how to adjust the resistance and brake, and explain the so-called "round kick." During the training session, you can look forward to trying out different positions and riding techniques.
Aqua cycling is an absolute highlight. Special bikes are lowered into the pool and you pedal underwater. This is a special challenge for your muscles that you will talk about for a long time to come.
