In addition to the classic disciplines of triathlon: swimming, cycling and running, we offer you fitness courses, nutrition tips and best practice for a healthy mindset.

We'll take you on exciting tours of the area around the club and show you places you've probably never seen before. The hilly area behind the main road gives you a small taste of the impressive landscape of the Egyptian desert - with wide plains, small valleys, narrow canyons and rolling hills. From up there you have a fantastic view of the TUI MAGIC LIFE Kalawy and its surroundings.
Every day there is a new Nordic walking route. We use the cool morning hours to really get going. Our trainers will show you how to turn Nordic walking into a real highlight with the right technique and plenty of momentum. There are also plenty of tips and exercises to improve your technique and fitness.
