        • What are the advantages when selecting your room of choice?

          Selecting your room allows you to reserve your exact location and room number. You can filter the rooms by certain criteria to select the building, floor and popular features such as pool proximity, whether the room receives morning or evening sun and much more on the interactive map. Unlike other non-binding requests, selecting your room guarantees your room allocation. The club will notify you in writing of the successful allocation. In rare cases, the club resort may not be able to provide the selected room due to internal operating procedures, e.g. repairs. In this case, an equivalent replacement room will be allocated without charge. However, we cannot accept the realization of your favourite room as a prerequisite for a firm booking of your stay at the resort. 


        • When can you select your room?

          Select your room is available 24 hours after booking and up to 2 days before arrival.

        • What information do I need to be able to book my selected room of choice?

          To select your room we need: arrival date, club’s name, reservation number from the tour operator or the TUI MAGIC LIFE booking number and surname of the lead named person on the booking. You will need to enter your e-mail address so that a reservation confirmation can be sent to you.

        • How much does "select your room" option cost?

          Select your room costs € 10 per night per room. Outside the euro zone, the respective value is calculated in local currency. Due to currency fluctuations, the price in euro may be higher or lower.

        • How do I pay for my selected room?

          Currently no deposit is needed when booking the selected room. Payment is made locally at the respective club resort. The club receptions usually accept TUI Card / VISA, MasterCard, EC Card / Maestro and cash.

        • What are the booking conditions to "select your room"?

          The booking details must be sent to the club resort by the tour operator. The reservation number included in the booking details must match the reservation number listed on your travel confirmation.

        • What do I need to submit the club resort upon arrival?

          The booking is made electronically. The club therefore does not request a reservation confirmation or a voucher. To ensure that you have all the information you need at your disposal, we will send you an e-mail confirmation of the room you have booked. If you have not received an e-mail confirmation of your booking, please contact your club (you will find the contact details on on the respective club page under "Contact & address").

        • When can the selected room be occupied or how long can it remain occupied on the day of departure?

          On the day of departure, the rooms are usually available until noon. Checking in to your room on your day of arrival is therefore only possible from around 3 p.m. after cleaning, but we naturally endeavour to make your room available as early as possible (particularly in case of very early arrivals).

        • Is it possible to cancel or change the reservation once I have confirmed my selected room?

          The booking can be cancelled or changed free of charge up to 31 days before arrival. 50% of the contractually agreed price will be charged from 30 to 15 days before arrival and from 14 days before arrival, 100% of the contractually agreed price will be debited as a cancellation fee.

          Please contact your club resort directly regarding cancellations and change requests (you will find the contact details on on the respective club page under "Contact & address" and on your e-mail confirmation of the selected room booking). Upon arrival if you are not happy with select you room allocation and want to change room upon arrival then no refund will be given.

          If you cancel your booking or the tour operator cancels the trip, the booking of your selected room will be automatically deleted. In this case you do not have to actively cancel it.

        • Your reservation can not be found while booking the select your room on What could the reason be for this?

          Option 1:  The system sends the data in real time to the connected systems to retrieve your data. In individual cases, this can take a few minutes. Please try again later.  

          Option 2: Please check your travel documents and ensure you have the correct data. The system requires the booked club, the date of arrival at the club, the reservation number and surname of the lead named person on the booking.(same spelling as on the travel confirmation).

          Option 3: Select you room is not yet possible for the club you have booked. So far, select your room is only available for the following clubs: Penelope Beach, Africana, Belek, Bodrum, Sarigerme, Masmavi, Cala Pada, Fuerteventura, Calabria, Kalawy.

          Should the travel data still not be found despite the above mentioned possibilities, please contact the club (you will find the contact details on on the respective club page under "Contact & address").

        • Why can I not choose today or tomorrow as my arrival day?

          Unfortunately, it's already too late. There must be two days between the room booking and the day of arrival.

        • Why are no available rooms shown?

          Option 1: You have booked an economy room or a roomhopper. Unfortunately, this offer does not allow you to select your room

          Option 2: You have booked a family room consisting of 2 double rooms without connecting door – this room type is unfortunately not available to select for technical reasons. Please contact the club (you will find the contact details on on the respective club page under "Contact & address").

          Option 3: There are no rooms available on the required floor your room category. Please choose another floor. You can only select a room of your choice in the room category you have booked.

          Option 4: There are no rooms available in your room category according to the selected options. Please change the selection criteria.

        • How can I book my selected room when my booking has multiple rooms?

          If you have booked more than one room when you made your reservation, then select your room is not possible online. Please contact the booked club directly (you will find the contact details on on the respective club page under "Contact & address").

        • You have not received an e-mail confirmation for your selected room. What should you do?

          Please check the SPAM folder of your e-mail account first. Also check whether you have entered your e-mail address correctly into the booking field. If you have not received an e-mail, no selected room has been booked. Please contact the booked club directly (you will find the contact details on on the respective club page under "Contact & address").

        • The webpage for select your room is not displaying correctly.

          Please use the web browsers such as Safari, Chrome or Mozilla Firefox to book your selected room. Select your room is not compatible with Internet Explorer at the moment. Problems may also occur on mobile devices and tablets.
