Our commitment to accessibility
We are working to improve our customer experience and help people with disabilities to meet their needs independently. We are improving our magiclife.com website and TUI MAGIC LIFE app so that customers with disabilities can book all elements of their vacation online or contact us. We are working to ensure accessibility in accordance with the European Standard (EN) 301 549 and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA Standard.
What are EN 301 549 and WCAG?
EN 301 549 and WCAG define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. They define three levels of compliance: Level A, Level AA and Level AAA. The guidelines cover a wide range of accessibility features, including text size and color, keyboard navigation and screen reader compatibility.
How accessible is our website/app currently?
Our website/app is not yet fully accessible for people with disabilities. However, we are constantly identifying and fixing gaps and limitations on our website/app.
In making our website/app accessible, we focus on the e-commerce services available on the website/app. E-commerce services are telemedia services that are offered via websites and applications on mobile devices and are provided electronically and at the individual request of a consumer with a view to concluding a consumer contract. On www.magiclife.com, the term "e-commerce service" covers the areas in which consumers can obtain contract offers and conclude contracts.
Tailoring your experience to your needs
We want everyone to have a great experience on our website. However, you may find that you have a better experience if you customize the settings on your computer to suit your individual needs. For example, you could: Change the colors of the website to make it easier to read. Increase the text size to make it easier to see. Have the information on the website read aloud so you can listen to the information instead of reading it. If you need help adapting your experience, you can visit AbilityNet's website or read the Web Accessibility Initiative's tips on adapting your computer.
What are we doing to improve the accessibility of our website/app?
We are constantly identifying and fixing gaps and limitations on our website/app. We aim to make significant progress in improving the accessibility of our website/app within the next 12 months.
