With your personal customer account, the anticipation of your holiday starts earlier. Sign up now and take advantage of the following benefits:
- Book fast & easy: Save your address details so that they can be automatically used for your next booking.
- Your favourite resort retrievable everywhere: If you have saved resorts or offers on your bookmark, you can call them up on any device at any time.
- Your trips always in view: In your customer account you will find an overview of your booked trips. In addition, you can easily access your "selected room" booking and online check-in here.
- Just sign up once and you can use many platforms: With your personal login, you can also register on other TUI Group platforms, such as My TUI or robinson.com.
And this is how it works:
Sign up on the website www.magiclife.com or in the TUI MAGIC LIFE app with your email address. To do this, click on the customer account symbol. On the website you will find this at the top right of the screen, in the app you can sign up via the field at the top left of the screen. Now fill in all the mandatory fields of the form that appears and create a password. You will receive an e-mail from us asking you to confirm your registration. To activate your customer account, please click on the button "Complete registration".
Your registration is now completed. You can now log in at www.magiclife.com or in the app and enjoy all the benefits.
