Is your travel period no longer available? For flexible guests, so-called room hoppers, we can make rooms available in a period that is normally already fully booked. This way you can travel to your favourite resort at your preferred time after all. Another additional benefit is that you have the opportunity to experience several room categories and even get a \"room upgrade\", but you only have to pay for the cheapest category. Depending on availability and length of stay, you may change your room up to two times at the resort.The exact room categories and number of moves will be communicated to you on site at the resort at check-in.

When changing rooms, the informal check-out is in the morning by 11 a.m. and the new room is available again by 3pm at the latest.

TUI MAGIC LIFE's luggage service will take care of your luggage. You simply leave your packed suitcases or bags in the previous room and then find them again in the new room. You are welcome to leave valuables at reception.
