Robinson Club GmbH is registered as an insurance agent with exemption from authorisation pursuant to Section 34d (6) of the German Trade Regulation Act (Gewerbeordnung) (product-related) with the Hanover Chamber of Industry and Commerce. Registration number: D-4XT1-VTDV5-19

The scope of the licence pursuant to Section 34d (6) of the Trade Regulation Act (Gewerbeordnung) can be viewed on the website www.vermittlerregister.info under the above registration number.

Robinson Club GmbH offers advice as part of its brokerage services and receives a commission from the respective insurance provider for the successful brokerage of an insurance contract.

This commission is therefore not payable separately to Robinson Club GmbH, but is already included in the insurance premium. Robinson Club GmbH does not receive any further remuneration in connection with the brokerage.

There are no direct or indirect holdings of more than 10% of the voting rights or capital of an insurance company or, conversely, of insurance companies in the voting rights or capital of Robinson Club GmbH.
