As a tour operator for bookings via the website, TUI Deutschland GmbH is registered as an insurance agent with permission pursuant to section 34d para. 1 of the Trade Regulation Act at the Hanover Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK Hannover). Register no.: D-1EEI-2XLRA-93.

The scope of the permission pursuant to section 34d para. 1 of the Trade Regulation Act can be viewed at the website www.vermittlerregister.info under the registry number specified above. As part of its brokering services, TUI Deutschland GmbH offers consultations and receives a commission from the relevant insurance provider for successfully mediating an insurance agreement. As a result, you are not required to pay the commission separately to TUI Deutschland GmbH; it is already included in the insurance premium. TUI Deutschland GmbH does not receive any other compensations in connection with the brokering service. There are no direct or indirect holdings of over 10% in the voting rights or capital of an insurance company or – conversely – of insurance companies in the voting rights or the capital of TUI Deutschland GmbH.
