How to pay for your purchases
If you book your trip (package tour) more than 4 weeks before the travel date, you have to pay a deposit of 25% of the trip price (for XTUI and Topangeboten, the deposit is 40%). The balance must be paid 4 weeks before your departure. However, if you book within 4 weeks of departure, the full amount is due immediately. You can pay by credit card or bank transfer. You will receive detailed information about the payment methods together with your travel confirmation, which we will send to you.

Credit card
You can pay for your holiday with the following credit cards: Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Diners, TUI Card, ROBINSON Card. Payment by credit card is fee-free.
PSD2 and two-factor authentication:Additional security standards for online payments were adopted in the second European Payment Services Directive (PSD2). This includes two-factor authentication. For payments with two-factor authentication, data from at least two of the following three categories must be used:
Knowledge (e.g. a password, a PIN...)
Possession (e.g. a card, a smartphone with a banking app)
Inherence (e.g. biometrics, like a fingerprint)With two-factor authentication, your credit card details are even better protected when you book online with us and the risk of fraud is significantly reduced. However, as a customer, you may need to complete an additional step when paying by credit card by performing two-factor authentication. You will be redirected to your bank's secure environment, where you will be guided through the authentication process. If the authentication is successful, your booking will be made by credit card. If it is not successful, you will have to choose another payment method. A credit card payment therefore looks like this:
This is how payment by credit card works:
1. Select the credit card type (Visa, Mastercard or American Express)
2. Submit the booking
3. Enter the card details
4. Authenticate and release the payment if necessary -
Bank transfer
If there is a period of at least 30 days between your booking and the start of your journey, you have the option of paying by bank transfer.
Please note that payment by bank transfer is only possible for customers from Austria, Germany or Switzerland. You will receive the payment details by email within 1 working day along with the payment amount, the account details and the reference you will need to quote.

SEPA direct debit
Payment by SEPA direct debit is only possible from a German, Austrian, Dutch, Belgian or Luxembourgish bank account.
