We process your booking request immediately. If we can fulfill your requested holiday, you will receive a written confirmation by e-mail with the details of the travel date and the final travel price.
After receiving the e-mail, you have 3 days to accept the travel offer. To confirm, change or cancel the travel offer, please contact the TUI MAGIC LIFE Service Center within the 3-day deadline. Only with your confirmation, we can book your club holiday binding for you.
