• interested in water sports like catamaran, surfing, sailing & waterski ​+ willed to get licensed 
• willed to assist the Watersport Team in every issue, e.g. providing material or giving health and safety instructions to the guests 
• aware of working with high quality material and take care of it 
• passionate about being with guests at the beach​ 
• good swimmer 
• motivated to entertain our guests during the “evening entertainment program”
